Tom Corbett, CCIM

With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate in eastern North Carolina, Tom Corbett brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His career began at PFP Properties, LLC (formerly known as North Hills, Inc.) in Raleigh, NC, before establishing himself as a broker and managing member at First Venture Properties, LLC in Wilson, NC. As a full-service commercial brokerage firm, First Venture Properties has successfully marketed various types of properties, including, investment properties, industrial properties, farmland, commercial and residential land.  He has also been involved in developing and leasing office, retail, and flex projects across the region. 

As a life-long Wilson resident, his community roots run deep as he has filled many positions in numerous civic organizations and served on various City and County boards and committees.  He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Patty, and together they enjoy spending time with their son and two grandchildren. 

Pam Redding

A lifelong Wilson resident with a passion to see her hometown flourish, Pam Redding brings more than 20 years of experience to her buyers and sellers.  Her reputation precedes her as she is known for being honest and trustworthy with a superior skillset in negotiating on behalf of her clients.  Pam is happily married to Bill Redding and with two beautiful children otherwise know as their pride and joy.  Pam is proud to call Wilson NC home and loves helping others discover a love for Wilson as well. 

Bill Redding

Bill proudly calls Wilson, NC home and says the happiest day of his life was when he married Pam, Co-owner/Partner of First Venture Commercial & Residential.  His expertise in leading clients on a successful and enjoyable homebuying journey has been the backbone of his 8 years in the industry.  Bill knows Wilson like no other, is living his dream, and relishes every moment he gets to help others realize their very own real estate goals and dreams. 

Duffy Healey

Duffy brings more than 30 years of unmatched experience in real estate marketing to the First Venture Commercial and Residential team.  After years of serving residential clients, he has recently shifted his focus to the commercial sector to work alongside Tom Corbett as they seek to expand commercial property acquisition in and around Wilson. 

Healey is an owner/developer of property in Historic Downtown Wilson and specializes in historic buildings that consist of development and management opportunities. 

Sunita Galada

Having completed her MBA in finance from Aston University in the UK, Sunita took a significant
life leap by relocating to North Carolina with her husband, now a Wilson cardiologist. This move
brought about exciting opportunities and new beginnings for her family. Blessed with twins, she
decided to embark on a new career path and obtained her real estate license in 2013. Drawing
on her financial background and expertise, Sunita has been able to assist clients in navigating
the residential and commercial real estate market. Sunita provides exceptional service,
leveraging her financial knowledge and expertise to help clients make informed decisions
regarding their real estate needs.

Itzel Gutierrez Rivera

Itzel Gutierrez Rivera the newest bilingual realtor in town! With a smile that can light up a room and a passion for real estate, Itzel is here to make your home-buying or selling experience a breeze. With a heart of gold and a love for all things real estate, Itzel is committed to making your dreams a reality. Itzel received her real estate license in 2021 and began a career in Property Management. She joined First Venture Commercial and Residential in 2022.In her free time, Itzel enjoys spending time with her family. She also likes to work out, watch Netflix, and try new restaurants.
