When I think of the ownership behind First Venture Commercial & Residential, I think “Power House”! They combined veteran commercial real estate developer Tom Corbett with Pam & Bill Redding, veteran residential real estate brokers. They joined forces in the fall of 2022, launching the phenomenon now known as First Venture Commercial & Residential. What a concept to combine commercial and residential real estate forces under one roof! How did this even happen, you may ask? Well, I am here to give you the scoop.
The partnership actually unfolded in such a natural way that I would say, “it was simply meant to be”. Mr. Corbett and Mrs. Redding had worked together before and referred clients back and forth to one another. Eventually, they decided to build on the relationship they already had together. Mr. Corbett wanted to share his knowledge of commercial real estate so that Wilson can continue to grow, as things are growing faster now than ever before. Bill Redding has taken on the role of helping with the commercial side and is soaking up every bit of knowledge and experience he can from Mr. Corbett.
The atmosphere inside the office can be explained in no other way than peace and harmony.
